During this initial step, our team takes the time to get to know our customers and their vision for their custom jewelry. CAD Modeling & 3D Printing
In this step, our in-house team of experts takes the design sketched during the consultation and transforms it into a 3D model using the latest Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. This technology allows us to create a highly detailed and accurate digital representation of the custom jewelry design. We then use 3D printing technology to produce a physical prototype that our customers can see, touch and try on, ensuring that the design meets their expectations before moving to the next steps. Our goal is to provide our customers with a seamless and enjoyable experience, making sure their custom jewelry is perfect before moving on to the final production stage.
Casting & Setting
At this stage, our skilled craftsmen turn the approved 3D printed prototype into a tangible piece of jewelry. We use only the highest quality gold or white gold to cast the custom design, creating a stunning foundation for the piece. Our craftsmen then set the diamonds with meticulous care, ensuring that each diamond is set in perfect alignment with the design to achieve a flawless final product. Polishing & Finishing
Once the custom piece of jewelry has been cast and set, our skilled craftsmen move on to the polishing and finishing stage. We use the latest tools and techniques to ensure that each piece is perfectly polished, creating a smooth, lustrous finish that accentuates the beauty of the design.
